DATA PROCESSING BY EDF RENOUVELABLES RECRUITS

As part of its recruitment process, EDF Renewables is required to collect and process personal data about you via the “candidate area” accessible on the Job Offers – EDF Renouvelables website (edf-renouvelables.com), in compliance with the amended French law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 and with the EU regulation n°2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (RGPD).

The information collected (connection data, identification data, your application file) will be recorded in a computerized file by EDF Renewables and will be processed on the legal basis of legitimate interest in the context of the examination of applications.

The personal data collected in this way is intended for our Recruitment Department. We also transmit to our subcontractors the personal data necessary to carry out the missions entrusted to them; they will be kept for 18 months.

This data is hosted and processed only within the European Union.

The purposes of their processing are :

  • to transmit your application to EDF Renewables recruiters and managers;
  • to integrate our pool of candidates in order to be contacted for job offers;
  • to enable us to carry out reports;
  • to enable us to measure the site’s audience and the number of applications submitted;
  • to ensure the site’s security and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations in this area.

You have the right to access, rectify, oppose, limit and delete your personal data. You also have a right to the portability of your personal data.
